That’s what this article says, scary. Just thought I’d share that little tidbit before we head out. The MIL and I are taking Samster to a butterfly exhibit in the city. I don’t even want to get into what a disaster last night was, I’ll blog about it later tonight.

It is important to realize that babys do need fat in their diet to help with the development to their brain and nervous systems. That being said, I a big fan of keeping foods as natural and healthy as possible, as in unprocessed. Just something to think about. 🙂
