We left Connecticut around noonish and got home at 6:15, thank goodness! Ugh, I was frazzled the whole time that we were going to slip off the road but at the least the interstate was mostly empty.
Our yard was beautiful with all the snow! Well, except for the foot prints and dragging shovel print from kids coming to our front door asking to shovel our driveway, at least that’s what I think the prints were, I hope that’s what they were!
I guess all the traveling has gotten the best of Sam. She was up every 15 minutes from 4:30a till 6a when I finally brought her to bed with me. I’m beyond exhausted. I honestly have no idea how I got up every 2-3 hrs when she was a newborn, now I feel beat up if she doesn’t sleep the whole night! Hmm, I have a surprising amount of exclamation points in this blog for being so tired. Curious.
So anyway, I don’t know if I’ll be grocery shopping today, I’ve got to get the house back in order and maybe catch a nap. If not today than I’ll post the menu tomorrow.
